With over 30 years of experience in Montessori education, Nichole is a highly respected leader known for her dedication to child-centered learning, teacher development, and innovative program design. Her career spans the full spectrum of Montessori education—from classroom teaching to school leadership and teacher training—bringing a deeply holistic understanding to her work.

 

As a former Head of School and mentor to countless educators, Nichole has developed and implemented successful Montessori programs that have enriched school communities and enhanced learning outcomes. Her passion for education extends beyond school walls; she is a certified parent coach, guiding families through the principles of respectful, developmentally informed parenting.

 

In recognition of her impact and forward-thinking approach, Nichole received the Emerging Leadership Award from the American Montessori Association. She continues to shape the next generation of educators as a guest lecturer at both the University of Texas and Texas State University, where she shares her insights on Montessori philosophy, school culture, and leadership.
