Nichole is an Educator, Child Development guru and champion of children; where others see limits, Nichole sees potential.

 

As an Educator, Nichole used her passion for supporting children's innate desire to learn to create a thriving Montessori School in Austin Texas before working with the US Dept of Education to create and implement a federally approved Education program using the Montessori method. When she is not discovering new ways to serve children and families, Nichole is using her skills as a Guest Lecturer at Texas State University and the University of Texas in Austin.

 

As a Coach, Nichole helps parents understand and navigate their children's developmental stages. Touching on everything from potty, to eating, to sleep. And yes tantrums. As a mom of 4 young adults, Nichole saw a need for concrete, easy to apply tools, for parents to use in their everyday lives to help them navigate life. Nichole models the 4 C method Clear, Concrete, Consistent, Confident to family and life.
